  • Irrigation (underground sprinkler system)
  • Re-Roofing
  • Re-Siding
  • Window/Door replacement (applies to pre-existing openings only)

Residential Building Permit
Visit Residential Building Requirements

  • Addition to a house or garage
  • Finished basement
  • Deck or Porch
  • Remodel (retaining walls higher than 4’ fall under this category)
  • Egress window
  • Shed over 200 square feet in floor area
  • Solar

Residential New Construction Permit
Visit Building Requirements

  • New home with water & sewer
  • New home with septic
  • New townhome

Plumbing Permit - for those miscellaneous plumbing projects that do not fall under.

  • Residential Minor Work (Water heater/Water softener/Irrigation)
  • Residential New Construction
  • Residential Building (Addition/Remodel/Finished basement)

Pool Permit
Visit Pool Requirements

  • Seasonal pool
  • Permanent pool

Fence Permit
Visit Fence Requirements

  • Fence height over 7’
  • Fence height under 7’

Demolition Permit

  • Demolition of a residential building

Online Submission

All permits need to be submitted through the Rogers Permit Portal Website. When you visit the portal, you will need to create a username and password in order to submit your permit application. Use the guidelines below to find the correct permit type your project falls under.
