All requesters, leagues, or organizations must complete a reservation form for usage of designated City parks or fields, including School District fields. All park reservation and field requests must go through the City of Rogers Parks & Recreation first; they will send approval to Community Education for permit assignment. When reserving fields, fees may be applied by both the City and Community Ed.  All requesters will pay a fee based on the schedule noted below. Refunds will be issued if the City of Rogers Parks & Recreation Department if notified 10 days prior to the reservation date. There is a $5.00 administrative fee for all refunds.
