Fall is nearly here and it’s time for our biggest event of the year! Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to visit with a variety of organizations & businesses eager to meet with you at the Community Room. They will be ready to share knowledge on their service, product, or mission that is specialized towards benefiting older adults. Besides mingling with the vendors, there will be several freebies to take home, three informative presentations to attend, lunch for $4, door prizes to win, and flu & pneumonia shots at the Cub Pharmacy booth. Lunch will be available for $4 cash from 11 am – 1 pm (or until gone). No reservations are needed to enjoy a sandwich, salad, and chips from Davanni’s.

10:15 am: Tips for Estate Planning

What can you do to be sure your estate plan is in order? Attorney Jill Adkins will offer some tips to help your assets pass to your heirs as efficiently as possible. Jill Adkins is an attorney with the St. Michael law firm of Gries Lenhardt Allen and has 30 years of estate planning experience.
11:15 am: Navigating Care Solutions

Choosing the best care solution is a big decision and exploring options ahead of time may provide you with the best solution when care is needed. In this session learn about a variety of options for meeting care and safety needs, and the support and community resources available to help you find the best solution. Be informed. Plan ahead. Secure the best care solution to meet your needs.
12:15 am: Immunizations

This presentation will focus on shingles and the new shingles vaccine Shingrix. Other adult immunizations including flu and pneumonia will also be discussed, with time to ask questions towards the end.
Around 30 vendors will be participating in this event representing a variety of senior services.
