Downtown Rogers Master Plan

Recognizing the vital role that downtowns play in a community’s civic, cultural and economic life, the City and its partners are seeking recommendations for leveraging existing assets in Downtown Rogers to develop and strengthen the City’s “sense of place” and build a foundation for development and redevelopment that could take place in future years. The Downtown Master Plan seeks to create key characteristics to strengthen Downtown as its role as an organizing force for the City’s development and as an economic engine for furthering the City’s prosperity.
