Submittal Requirements

  • Provide a sketch of location of tank

  • 2 business day notice required before removal

  • Inspection of tank by fire code official prior to tank removal

  • Inspection of pit by fire code official once tank is removed and before filling

  • Tanks shall be removed from site as soon as possible after inspection

  • Soil reports once available shall be submitted to the fire code official
