Fee Schedule
All requesters, leagues, or organizations must complete a reservation form for usage of designated City parks or fields, including School District fields. All park reservation and field requests must go through the City of Rogers Parks & Recreation first; they will send approval to Community Education for permit assignment. When reserving fields, fees may be applied by both the City and Community Ed. All requesters will pay a fee based on the schedule noted below. Refunds will be issued if the City of Rogers Parks & Recreation Department if notified 10 days prior to the reservation date. There is a $5.00 administrative fee for all refunds.
Seasonal Field Usage
Seasonal Maintenance Fee -- Baseball/Softball/Football/Rugby/Soccer/Lacrosse/Other $ 15.00 (per player per season -res & non res)

You will be billed for a minimum of 100 participants for season field allocation – Actual participant count due prior to first game.

Additional Striping $ 50.00 (per field per request)

Once your request is received and approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the address listed on the request form by Community Education. Users will receive invoice directly from ISD#728 for district field usage

General Field Rental Rates:
Field Fee w/o lights $ 35.00 (per field/day)
Use of Lights (includes practices) $ 25.00 (per field/day)
Portable Mound $ 20.00 (per field/day)

Flat rate $35.00 (per field/day)
Use of Lights (NCP, Lynch, RMS) $ 25.00 (per field/day)
Temporary Fence – installation & removal $ 150.00 (per field)
[Available only for NCP1,2,3 & RMS 6 & 7]
Additional Lining $ 50.00 (per field/request)
Field Staff for Tournament $ 20.00 (per hour/person)
Equipment Rental $ 150.00
Law Enforcement (required for tournament serving beer) $ Actual Cost – call for estimate

Event using City trails, sidewalks, streets, etc. (i.e., charity walks, runs) $ 750.00 minimum/escrow
