Rogers Wastewater Treatment Facility

Notice is hereby given that the City Council will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Rogers Community Room, located at 21201 Memorial Drive, to consider a variance to the standard for minimum lot area, related to a lot division of the Rogers Wastewater Treatment Facility Property, 21751 137th Avenue N, for the creation of two new lots Tract A (15.65 acres) and Tract B (13.72 acres).

Persons wishing to comment on this matter will be heard at this time.
