Underground Excavation License/Water/Sewer Permit

 

Water/Sewer

A Water/Sewer Permit is required for any work involving the City’s water or sewer system, including installation, modification and repair. To apply for a Water/Sewer Permit, you must first obtain an Underground Excavation License with the City.


Underground Excavation License Requirements

  • Master Plumber or Pipelayer Certificate

  • $10,000 Bond

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming the City of Rogers as an additional insured

  • Annual License fee: $50

Water/Sewer Permit Requirements

  • Underground Excavation License (see above)

  • Water/Sewer Permit fees:

    • Residential:  $150

    • Commercial: $500

      • Sewer only: $150

      • Water only: $150

    • Existing Structure Water/Sewer Hookup: Additional WAC/SAC fees, special assessments (if any) and connection fees may be required.
