Other Information

  • New sewer rates go into effect in March each year (reflected on your April bill). Sewer usage is based on an average of the winter month’s (November - February) water usage.

  • Watering restrictions are in effect from May 1st through September 30th every year. Please see additional information here regarding the City’s watering restrictions.

  • If your water bill seems higher than usual check for leaks in your system. A dripping faucet, leaking toilet, or water softener not working properly are the most common issues.

  • If you have questions regarding your property’s curbside recycling or yard waste disposal, please review the information available here.

  • If you have questions regarding your utility bill or any other utility billing items, please reach out to the City. The preferred and fastest method of communications is through the form below or by email.
